If something’s broken, email support@goodysearch.com with:
- Your device (iPhone 16 Pro, iPad Air, etc.)
- iOS / iPadOS / macOS version
- A description of what happened and what you expected
- A screenshot if you have one
Response time
We aim for a couple of business days. If you haven’t heard back in five, forward the original to support@goodysearch.com again with bump in the subject and we’ll find it.
Feature requests
Send them to support@goodysearch.com with feature request in the subject. We can’t promise we’ll build everything, but we read all of them and they shape the roadmap.
